The FPH-EA is the high performance compact version of our top loading packaging lines for household rolls including a high speed rewinder and combined automatic forming-closing machine. On request it may be equipped in-line with a blade edging unit for the application (by glue) of a plastic or paper or metallized or alu. saw. 

The production performances are up to 40 boxed rolls/min.

For low production needs we can supply a manual semi-automatic version where the blanks feeding and rolls inserting will be manually performed.

The versatile FPH-EA line can be integrated with an in-line rolls shrink-wrapping or flow-packing unit. In-line may be added the automatic boxes over-wrapping machine for single layer multiple boxes pack or else for shrink-wrapping of boxes multi-pack format.

Forward the FPH-EA line may be predisposed to pack, in specific conditions, catering rolls too.
